Fashion Marketing Intern

Heeb Media is searching for a Fashion Marketing intern to support the launch of our new clothing line, created through an upcoming unscripted web series.

The web series (“the show”) follows our in-house fashion designer and a fashion content creator as they develop, manufacture, and market a line of clothing for Heeb. 

Through e-commerce, the intern will work collaboratively to market both the show and the fashion line, as well as other Heeb merchandise on the website, utilizing tools from TikTok, Instagram, Shopify, and various e-commerce pathways. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of internet trends, a love of fashion, and a dexterity for content creation, with the savviness and technical know-how to bring fresh ideas to life.

Reports directly to Heeb’s President and E-commerce Director.

Duties may include:

Ownership in the development and implementation of digital marketing, including social media, YouTube, and the store on our website.

Identifying opportunities and creative ways of marketing the show and line, including creating social media content, running the online store, and driving views to the show on YouTube.

Ability to keep track of multiple, overlapping timelines 

Flexibility in balancing the tone and strategies for marketing Made In Jew York’s elevated fashion line, which will be at a higher price point, with the website store’s products.

Social Media Intern

Heeb Media is searching for a Social Media intern to join our team this summer. 

The intern will play an integral role in shaping the content of Heeb’s social media presence, from pitching and interviewing guests for our 4 Question (4Q) and Kosher vs Treyf interview series, to making memes and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

Knowledge of internet trends, as well as emerging and alternative talent within Heeb’s areas of interest (music, comedy, television, film, fashion, and entertainment.) is a huge plus. The ability to work on multiple projects for our ongoing programming, as well as ad hoc opportunities as they arise, is crucial. Fresh ideas, a strong grasp of Heeb’s sense of humor, a collaborative spirit, impeccable eye for design, and the technical ability to create compelling static and video content is a must.

Strong performers will have the opportunity to take ownership of installments within recurring content series and bring original ideas to life from concept through execution.

Reports directly to Heeb’s Social Media Director and is overseen by Heeb’s President.

Duties may include:

Creating and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), including fan edits and viral-worthy videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, Riverside, or similar

Designing static content in Canva, including Kosher vs. Treyf posts, promotional graphics, and event marketing assets

Identifying and pitching potential guests for 4Q and other interview formats; assisting with outreach and coordination

Supporting in content scheduling, posting, and basic performance tracking

Contributing to brainstorming sessions and helping shape new series or content experiments

Collaborating with the Social Media Director and broader team to support marketing efforts across podcasts, web series, live events, and merchandise/fashion line sales

Development Intern

Heeb Media is searching for a Development Intern to support our fundraising and operational efforts this summer. We’re looking to find somebody with strong administrative and organizational skills who is adept at research and writing to help facilitate our organization’s growth. The primary duties will involve working on grants and donor engagement in support of Heeb’s programming, including a podcast network, web series, live events, and merch. 

The Development Intern will also support Heeb Media’s day-to-day operations. 

Reports directly to Heeb’s President.

Duties may include:

Researching grants that align with our mission and goals, and aiding in the application process through grant writing, compiling necessary materials and documents, and tracking submissions and decisions.

Keeping track of multiple, concurrent deadlines to ensure applications are submitted in a timely manner.

Conducting research on prospective donors and supporting our President in cultivating funding opportunities through donor engagement.

Podcast Intern

Heeb Media is accepting applications for our summer Podcast intern. 

The Heeb Media Podcast Network has two video podcasts in its slate, an original and a featured show. The Podcast Intern will be responsible for editing our original podcast in its entirety, cutting down clips for social media for both our original and our featured shows, and creating ~10-minute highlight videos of the best moments from each episode of both shows for YouTube.

The ideal candidate will be able to edit our original podcast, create highlight videos for our original podcast and our featured podcast, and clip 1-2 viral-worthy moments from each episode for social media cut-downs. 

Video and audio editing skills are a must, along with sharp editorial judgement, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to quickly implement feedback. 

Reports directly to Heeb’s Social Media Director and is overseen by Heeb’s President.

Duties may include:

Editing two episodes per month of our original podcast, adhering to established style guidelines (including intro music and network branding)

Producing clean, entertaining audio and video edits by removing filler and overall shaping conversations for clarity and engagement

Identifying and cutting high-impact, shareable moments from each episode for social media distribution

Creating ~10-minute highlight videos for YouTube from both our original and featured podcasts, selecting compelling moments and structuring them with clear section headers

Applying strong editorial judgment across both audio and video, with a focus on storytelling, pacing, and audience retention

Sharing feedback and contributing ideas that will help shape the direction and growth of the shows
