Made in Jew York
HEEB Media is premiering an unscripted digital series following an emerging fashion design and a popular content creator, as they develop, design, manufacture, and sell a clothing line inspired by Jewish culture. Sam Ehrlich, Heeb's in-house designer, and Clara Perlmutter, known by her nearly 1M followers on TikTok as @tinyjewishgirl, take to the streets, interviewing icons in the Jewish fashion space—from Susan Korn (Susan Alexandra) to Rabbi Jericho Vincent (Temple of the Stranger)—sampling the line, collaborating with legendary Jewish institutions, and ultimately bringing the clothing line from idea to market.
Made In Jew York premieres on @HeebMedia on YouTube on June 2 at 6 PM Pacific/9 PM Eastern.
Reveals
Heeb Media Reveals is a VICE-style docuseries that explores urban Jewish subcultures. The series focuses on subjects that are ignored or covered poorly by other media outlets, to find interesting, ideally subversive, artists, activists, and creatives who can collectively tell us something compelling about who Jews are today. The first episode takes viewers into the emerging Kleztronica scene, led by the charismatic and talented DJ Chaia.
4Q Interviews
Four Questions is a short-form vertical video interviews series where compelling contemporary artists answer four questions about their work, interests, personal history, Jewish identity, and more. Guests have included comedian Eli Leonard, writer Rax King, musician Ira Khonen Temple, and draglesque collective 8 Oily Dykes.
